Four steps, about four weeks.

You can stop after any of them. Nothing reaches production, because Replay only reads closed tickets.

  1. Export

    Send 1,000 closed tickets as a CSV from ServiceNow, Jira or Solution Manager. Personal data can be masked first.

    Trace classifies each ticket and proposes a fix without seeing the resolution your team wrote.

    An SAP architect you choose compares every answer with what actually happened, and marks anything unsafe.

What you send

A CSV of closed tickets with the title, description, module and the resolution notes. No system access, no credentials, no production data beyond the tickets.

Does our data leave our environment?

No. Replay can run on a machine you control. If you prefer we run it, the data is processed in a region you choose and deleted at the end.

Who grades the results?

An SAP architect you pick, from your team or a partner you trust. We never grade ourselves.

What counts as a pass?

You set it before the run. Our default is at least half of tickets handled alone or ready for approval, with fewer than 2% unsafe proposals.

What does it cost?

Nothing for design partners. If it passes, the next step is a Shadow pilot on one ticket type.

How much of our team's time does it take?

Your part is one export, a kickoff call and a review of the report. The grading is done by an SAP architect you choose, from your team or a partner you trust. We will publish the real time it takes after the first Replays.

What if Trace does badly?

Then you have a free, independent benchmark of your ticket queue, and you owe us nothing.
