Ten years or more in ECC basis, ABAP or functional support. You'll design the runbooks Trace runs, help customers' architects run Replay grading and be the engineer customers trust.

We're a small founding team. We're looking for people who have kept SAP running at 2 a.m. and want to build the system that does it safely.
Founding roles
Assay is at its founding stage: a working prototype, one founder, and the first Replays on real tickets coming in 2027. Remote-first, based in India. Each role shapes the product directly.
Senior SAP support engineer
Hands-on with IDocs, batch jobs, authorizations and master data. You'll handle the tickets Trace hands over and turn your fixes into runbooks.
Founding product engineer
Full-stack, comfortable with LLMs and careful about safety. You'll build triage, guardrails and the audit trail.
Design-partner lead
Enterprise sales or consulting background with SAP buyers. You'll run Replays from first call to report.
