Why is Replay free?
Because you shouldn't pay for a promise. Replay shows you the result first.
How does the Shadow refund work?
We agree a scorecard before the pilot. If Trace misses it after 90 days, the Shadow fees come back to you.
What does "15% at risk" mean?
If we miss the agreed SLAs or incidents don't fall, up to 15% of the Operate fee is credited back.
Can we keep our current vendor?
Yes. Shadow runs next to them, and you can keep their vendor for custom development.
Can we stop Shadow?
Yes. Shadow is month to month, so you can stop it at the end of any month.
What sets the Operate price?
Your ticket volume, the systems in scope and the SLA level. We quote it after the Replay, when we both know your real ticket mix.
Our provider already offers AI. What’s different?
Trace is tested on your own closed tickets before you sign, and paid on results rather than effort. If it doesn’t make the queue shorter, we earn less.
What if Assay stops operating?
The system map, runbooks and documentation for your landscape pass to you or your next provider. It’s written into the Operate contract.
